Error Message I can't figure out

Hi,

Wondering if someone can help me with this installation of theme switcher.... I have followed the instructions as best I can... I don't think the explanation of the install was very clear. I hope I did this correct as I am new to OS Commerce and this has been a bit of a learning curve. I uploaded the files from the catalog directory to my public directory on my server, taking care to copy the files directly into the same files on the server..... eg, catalog/includes/whatever and copied it to public_html/includes/whatever except I get this error....

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I find this extremely difficult and less than user friendly to work with....(OS Commerce is not like wordpress that's for sure)

The server is telling you the file listed below is "M.I.A." (not on the server)

 

/includes/functions/modules/header_tags/theme_switcher.php

You might check it out/post in it.

 

The "missing" file is mentioned there at least once (I checked).
