How to upgrade to 3.0,1

I have

It seems that there is a security leak with this version so I want to opgrade it to the 3.0.1 release and if possible to the dutch version. Is that possible? and how do I upgrade it.

3.01 is not a complete shop, its just a developer framework release.

 

You should use V2.31

 

The easiest way to proceed is making a new shop based on v2.31 and then importing over the products/categories/customers/orders from the old shop db.
