Hi Everyone,

I am new to this firum and will be happy to some help here: I Install osCommerce on my link: www.onlineshop.link2max.com

I do not know whats the The default administartor user & PW, can you help me with that? I don't remember been asking that too.

Max,

 

During the installation process, you were asked to provide a username and password. That is your default admin access information.

I know, I've been told that - but I donot recall I did it because I saw db user name & ps and not administrator & ps. Can I retreive that user and ps?

Max,

 

No, you cannot retrieve the password. However, you can use phpmyadmin (found in your hosting account control panel) to truncate the administrators table. Then, log into your store admin area again, and create a new username and password.

Sorry for the questions but how do I to truncate the administrators table? I am really new to that. I know how use the phpmyadmin .... that will be great if you show me how,

Also there is my osCommerce I am talking with you about http://www.onlineshop.link2max.com/ do you know whats wrong here?

 

BTW, I would like to install the oscommerce-2.3.1 Version, do you know if it can work properly on WINDOWS ACCOUNT? if so, Where can I find a very short and easy installation docs.
