how to install template

Hello I just installed oscommerce then uploaded the template files, when i go to ebookhubs.com it looks ok, but inside the admin panel I can't add new products, and the products showing in the site are different from the ones listed on the admin panel, please help. sincerely, dee

Are you sure you are accessing the correct database as defined in /includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php ?

i followed the instructions from the seller which says just upload the files click the install button see below:

I did not see the option to “Import Catalogue Database” and “Automatic Configuration” and press Continue.

 

I checked both configure files and they say the correct database, though I am not sure how to erase the sample data and get the real data from the database to update on the template. Thanks

basically this is not a "template" but a complete shop..

 

So its should not be "dropped" over an existing shop and db, but installed as a brand new shop with a new db...

I go to the homepage and it displays, but is not connected to the dbase. I don't see an installation file so I don't understand what the template seller meant by "click install". please advise
