Admin Specials by Categories for SPPC

I have oscommerce 2.3.1 installed

 

I installed this add on for my site Admin Specials by Categories for SPPC

 

But I cannot see in the admin side of the site where it has installed

 

I have attached two screenshots that came with the download of the add on

 

I don't know where to find the add on in the admin side of the site

 

Can some one help me please
