OSC system generated e-mails

Hi All,

 

I would like to add some verbiage and change some things on the system generated e-mails that are sent when an order is processed and delivered (I need to change "delivered" to "shipped"). Does anyone know where I can find the code for this? I've searched with no luck. Anyone who can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
