Hi all. I asked a few questions last week, and im pleased to say that ive pretty much had all questions answered. I have a menu that i am using in a current website, that uses html code and also CSS.

i want to know if i can insert the code and also the relevant files into the header.php file to make the menu appear?

I have tried doing this, and all i get is a list of links. Its like i have some sort of CSS issue along the way some where

thanks for your help in advance

You can add the html part into file catalog/includes/header.php if you want it to appear there

The css you can add

1) into file catalog/includes/template_top.php, before the closing </head> tag

2) into your file catalog/stylesheet.css, this is the better option

Lets make clear that "header.php" has nothing to do with <head> :)

From there on, if there is no "connection" between html and css you need to check if the menu tags (ul, li) are targeted correctly in the css (ie correct class names etc)
