add text to shopping_cart.php page

I have oscommerce 2.3.1 installed

 

I want to add text just above the where the sub-total: and the price is

 

Can someone let me know how to do it please

You will need some familiarity with HTML and php in order to make the change - you could consider pasting the sourcecode of the file here for someone to assist you.

You can find the shopping_cart.php file in catalog/includes/boxes or in the catalog/ directory
