Removing credit card details

Hi all,

 

I've been looking around and have seen a few options to remove credit card info. Can someone guide me to the best method for doing this ? Should I be just running a script after each order to do this, once I have taken down the credit card details ?

 

I'm a bit new at OSC, so apologies if it's a little vague.

Firstly..you should not store the cc details unless you are fully PCI compliant. (Heavy fines, can be up to several hundred thousand, if you get caught)
