Does anyone out there who has a brick & mortar store and online store care to comment on their experience on tracking online and offline sales, and best practices for tracking both? It can tricky if an employee sells a few items in your store (off line), and then the online stock does not reflect that real change. My current client (an antique dealer - site not live yet) has mostly unique items that can not be easily re-stocked - so this inventory issue is important.
