How to configure shipping to given zipcodes

Hi,

I am novice to this application and would like to know if there is any way we can restrict buyer if he enters a zip code which is not served by the store owner. Say owner can deliver only within city limit.

How to provide a shipping method for india customer, store owner also belongs to india?

You can install something like Local Delivery and configure it so delivery is only available to certain postal codes.
