[Help] Placing Boxes in header or footer

Hello i'm new to the OScommerce scene and i've some problems on moving some boxes to header or footer ( since there's only the left or right options ). I've been searching around but i couldn't find the solution to my problem. I'm using Oscommerce 2.3.1. Is there any addon declare header and footer options on box placement ?

Solved: All it takes is 2 addons: "box placement" and "Dynamic_Template_System_V2" ( from dynamic template, you only need 1 file: catalog\admin\includes\functions\general.php )

I recommend cleaning up the code and i will try to upload the package with the propper fix.
