When I place an order, and I get up to the ORDER CONFIRMATION, and click the CONFIRM ORDER button, I get the following message. *************************************************************** Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.taiwanexquisito.com Port 80 *************************************************************** This started after I changed the DOMAIN NAME. THE SERVER SUPPORT STAFF TELLS ME THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEMS WITH Apache on the server. I have NOT done any changes to: checkout_shipping.php checkout_confirmation.php CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A HINT OF WHERE TO LOOK. IS THERE ANY CONFIGURATION FILES (configure.php) OTHER THAN THE ONE ON INCLUDE AND THE ONE ON ADMIN Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. acabiya Posted June 24, 2011 Author Share Posted June 24, 2011 Since I have not received any response with respect to the SUDDEN ERROR, I have continued investigating and the ERROR is when CHECKOUT_PROCESS.PHP starts to run. Does this help?? Does this gives a clue to someone to be able to help.
