Configure Twitter and/or Facebook to auto update with my new products

Hi,

I have twitter and facebook accounts in my store, is there any easy way to integrate the two social networking sites so when I add a new product it auto updates the twitter and facebook pages?

I would like the same. Any success? It would be easier for shop owners with thousands of products.
