smills1840
Hey guys, I have some images that show up on the homepage of my site. They are advertisements/banners that I have created, and I simply inserted them via the index.php file. I just put the img code in one of the text sections, and it came out just like I wanted. My problem is, when I create a category and then create a subcategory under the category, the banners show up on the categories page. However, if there is no subcategory created, the banners do not show up. Also, if there is no category, but just a product, the banners do not show up. Why is this happening? I don't want them there, but I don't know how to get rid of it. You can take a look for yourself at sweetspotcustoms.com If you click on the "Specials/Deals" category, you will see there is just a product and no banners. But if you click on the "Custom Triggers" category, you will see there is a subcategory called "Dangerous Power". If I do not have the "Dangerous Power" category created, there are no banners. But once I create a category under the "Customs Triggers" category, the banners appear. What do I need to do to make sure the banners are only on the homepage? Thanks in advance! smills1840
I actually just figured it out. I inserted the images into the "New Products" section, which shows up on every page. Thanks for the response Jim!
