where to insert? Into file products_new.php anywhere you need it

how to insert? by adding the code to the file manually, saving and uploading the file to your server.

I don't think the issue is your english. It's just impossible to help you if you don't say what you want to do exactly. I guess you got somewhere some instructions telling you to add "that html" into products_new.php and you don't know how to do this.

 

Anyway, to your last question

1) make a copy of file catalog/products_new.php and call it products_new.php_original

2) open file catalog/products_new.php in the code editor you use or in a plain text editor (for example notepad but nor word)

3) find where it says

  <div class="contentText">

4) add under it following

<p>this is some html</p>
