syahrulsantosa
Hi forum, I have problem while installing OS commerce through fantastico Cpanel. Initially I installed OS Commerce successfully but while I changed the language, I got error. After many trial still error then I removed OS Commerce by deleting from Cpanel but While reinstalling back I got error like as mentioned below: " Install OS Commerce (2/3) The installation can not be completed: - You chose to install in the main directory of the domain nusantaramitrausaha.com, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain nusantaramitrausaha.com (path="/home/nusantar/public_html/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation: index.php Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors." From the instruction I have to remove manually but which one ? I need your feed back. Thanks and regards. Syahrul
Guest
Download v2.3.1 from this website and upload/install it manually. Some of the One Click installers don't work very well. Chris

Guest
Although One Click installations are convenient, they are only convenient when they work. Perhaps you could delete the directory it was installed into and then try the One Click installation again. If it still fails, you COULD contact your hosting provider and ask them to install it for you. If that fails, you will have to proceed with my above suggestion.
