If someone ask me how to spend that amount of money, I would suggest looking for a copywriter for unique description content as most people just use the manufactures description for product information for there shop. With just a stock OSC with unique content would get a good page rank with google, I have seen many sites that achieve this and don't look much better than the OSC demo website.
