Guest
Just wondered if any aussies are using the oscommerce store and how are they are findng it ? I'm finding the shipping module a bit confusing as it keeps wanting to base on weight. Be great to have someone to confer with! Thanks Krystal :)
GemRock
if theres no aussies reply, then take a look at the live shop section - i am sure you will find one there. RE shipping modules: if the default modules that come with the osc download does fit your need, then do a search in the addon section and you will find one that does, or after a bit of modification. people have been there before so what you want is not unique. ken commercial support - unProtected channel, not to be confused with the forum with same name - open to everyone who need some professional help: either PM/email me, or go to my website (URL can be found in my profile). over 20 years of computer programming experience. Naomis
i'm an Aussie using it and struggling especially with the postage options! i need help too. i dont mind the postage being based on weight when it comes to additional items however i dont have anyway to charge reasonable rates for small items? have you figured anything out yet for yours? Guest
Hey guys, I run my online store using the Australia Post Add-On, it is designed for v2.2 which my current site is and it works fine, I am now setting up another online store for a friend using v2.3 and have used the same addon without any issues. Keep in mind that Australia Post doesnt offer the seafreight option any more, but then you just dont install that as an option.
