New installation - I can add NEW CATEGORIES using backend but when I try to add NEW PRODUCT I get the following error message in web browser window: Internet Explorer can not open the internet site http://www.mysite.com/my_store/catalog/admin/categories.php?cPath=25&action=new_product. The install docs under the Add a New Product state: Note: The tax class must be setup first in the "Locations/Taxes" section in your store admin. but I have no taxes to setup eg: tax is already included in the products price. Old_Navman Posted June 18, 2011 Author Share Posted June 18, 2011 Strange, that seem to be browser related problem when using Windows Vista and IE v7? Works OK on another machine using Firefox and updated IE. If you search google on "Internet Explorer cannot display webpage" you are bound to get plenty of hits. Hope this helps somebody.
