My main page says:

MC360 Module: You have not entered your API key. Please read the installation instructions.

What does this mean?

I have only just taken over my own site since someone startig building it and then quit on me.

Is there no phone # to call for help?

There is no phone number. You could try writing;

Harald Ponce de Leon

Remscheider Str. 96

42659 Solingen

Germany

Or you could just turn off the mailchimp module which would be done in your admin area.

In your admin find the MailChimp module and either add your API key (if you have one) or switch it off (If you can)

I dont use it so can say exactly where it will be.

LMAO Burt, Harald rarely posts on this forum, I don't think that snail mail would get much of a response either.

Lesley, You might want to seek out professional help from another developer to help resolve your websites issues if you not inclined to correct them yourself.

  • 1 month later...

Go into your admin area of the osCommerce site

Click on Modules

Click on Header Tags

Click on MailChip E-Commerce 360

Click on Remove Module

It will remove it from the active modules...

You have to have all of your certs installed on the server and the credit card processing configured already before you can use this module.

It should be the last thing you configure... I am not affiliated with osCommerce or with the monkey mail module... It just drove me bananas until I figured out how to get rid of the error...

The MailChimp Module is active and missing the api key if you have not set that up or don't have one. To set it up you can go to mailchimp.com amd ad an API Key. If not to turn it off;

-> Admin > Modules > Header Tags > MailChimp E-Commerce 360 >

Click Edit and select false to turn it off.

That's it..

Knowledge is useless, unless transferred.
