Shopping Cart Empties When Selecting Paypal

I installed my shared SSL, shipping modules, and payment modules, and did live tests. Everything was fine, checkout worked fine with credit cards (I use Paypal Website Payment Pro)and with Paypal. However, now Paypal is not working and I'm not sure what changed since I haven't been working on those files? If I select paypal during checkout the page changed to "Your Shopping Cart is empty!" and has a red bar on the upper right that says "A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed." The URL at the time is https://secure.hostmonster.com/~fullofju/thewitchescupboard/store/shopping_cart.php?error_message=A%20match%20of%20the%20Shipping%20Address%20City,%20State,%20and%20Postal%20Code%20failed.&osCsid=r65cpoe7s7kg2rcslc9g1r61m2. I back buttoned then clicked checkout and the cart isn't really empty, the items are in fact still there. I made sure the test info I was using was of a valid address, and the same thing is happening. I'm not sure what I could have changed, when or how, and have no clue which files to check for errors.

The 2nd issue I am having is that the Paypal Express checkout button doesn't display as an option on the Payment Information page, there are just bullets for Paypal and Credit Cards. Should the express logo display on this page since I have the module installed and enabled, or is it supposed to display on a later page? I don't know if this is maybe a related issue?

Note: My website is actually http://thewitchescupboard.com/store, and redirects to hostmonster for SSL.

I've left my site live for now since credit cards seem to be working, so I need to fix this asap. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know if this helps, but I uninstalled and reinstalled the payment modules, but the same thing happens. I added a debugging email to the paypal express module, and I received an email which contains just this in the body

$HTTP_POST_VARS:

$HTTP_GET_VARS:

osCsid=1okbfqcokpcdblc3uiggmpoe87

I don't know what that means, I wish it referenced a file or something. Very frustrated :'(

I got it fixed. Sadly I am not sure what I did that fixed it, it didn't seem like I had done much of anything. I wonder if it could have been a Paypal hiccup? But all is not lost, this post managed to get me spammed by someone named Kalyan (from a site called wanna be a kiwi in NZ and/or os commerce coders dot com) trying to sell me their services. Just a note, I wouldn't ever do business with a company who got my name from a help forum and then sends me an unsolicited email.
