Nic du Toit Posted June 11, 2011 Share Posted June 11, 2011 I had the same problem in sandbox..... (sandbox sucks!). Make sure you have API set up with the info supplied by PayPal,....including the code. PayPal Express uses the API feature. I left the sandbox and checked the PayPal payment 'live'.....worked first time and the red banner disappeared as well. Get a friend to be the 'Buyer', as you cannot buy using your own email...assuming it's the same as your primary email on your PayPal account. You can refund your buyer via your PayPal account.
