Guest
I think what toyicebear looked at said: 'Powered by NYFS' this is what Google Says 27 May 2011
npn2531
Not bad at all. However, I would work on consistency of typestyles. For example the horizontal site map and the intro text in the footer don't match the rest of the site. I also think the box header text and the button text could better match the navigation bar text. Try adding some depth and shadow in the CSS, and/or switch to arial instead of verdana for the header and button text. Try adding something like this to the classes infoBoxHeading_table and infoBoxHeading_table2 in your css text-shadow: 0 1px 0 #666666; Also find a way to put a pause button on the front page popup or slow it down. ♥toyicebear
Not so much to comment on really since the design is based of a template with just minor changes done. npn2531
1. Enlarge and redo the logo. It works fine with the site but it's pixelated. 2. Put the green navigation bar beneath the logo and extend it all the way across the page. 3. Delete the text 'currencies', 'Languages' and 'shopping cart'. It's redundant and then the text in the shopping cart ('now in shopping bag o items') will fit better. And put a space after 'bag' and before 'o items'. Footer: 1. Work on the margins in the footer. The text is crammed up to the left side for one thing. 2. Put some white space beneath the footer and make sure all four corners of the footer are rounded. 3. Add some shading or some texture to the grey color of the footer. The sort of texture and shading the green navigation bar has would be fine. poorgirl_richgirl
Are there any additional critiques? Ive implemented some of the suggest changes above.
Guest
Hi, site looks ok - but i would definately rework your logo - it's far too small stuck up in the corner there - and your phone no could be moved over to the right hand side - leaving more space for the logo - much more intuitive and leads to a neater design. Hope this helps, good luck with the site!
