abctoy4charles Posted June 8, 2011 Share Posted June 8, 2011 Hello, I have been having slight trouble with my admin side of OS Commerce. The Categories are no longer showing only the Main Parent Categories, it is showing every single category I have. Every time I log in on the admin side this is how my screen looks like, if there is any hotkey or anything that I need to press please assist me with this issue. Thank You!! ozEworks Posted June 8, 2011 Share Posted June 8, 2011 Your problem is "2006 MySQL server has gone away" which indicates a problem with the hosting SQL Server. I suggest you contact your hosting.
