henkbart
Hello, I have a shop with both Virtual and Phisical products. The problem is when a customer want both a virtual and physical article in 1 order. In this case the shipping page is skipped because there is a virtual product in the shopping cart. I already searched the forum, but found nothing that can do this. Can someone help me please Greetings, Henk Bartels
NodsDorf
Not sure what shipping methods you are using but there is a no-cost shipping for 0 weight items in the add-on section. You'd just need to make all your downloadable stuff is 0 weight.

That is already done but the problem is, if there is a virtual product in the shopping cart the shipping module is skipped and so no shipping option can be chosen. NodsDorf
No idea what module you installed to do that. I've sold virtual products for many years and never had that problem. I would guess whatever module you installed to handle the virtual products is causing the problem. As that isn't normal OSC behavior.
henkbart
Hello, There are no special modules. It's standard in de OSCommerce 2.2 when you activate de Download option Greetings, Henk Bartels
