mlingwood
Hi all this is my first post on the forums and am looking for a little help. I am completely new to developing web pages and am trying to learn as I go along. My problem is accessing the admin page of my web site. so far all I have done is: -install oscommerce -connect smartftp -delete install file -set permissions on catalog/images and on admin/images/graphs I am now trying to access the admin part of the web site and am getting the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_get_languages() in /home/www/cardecalsandstickers.co.uk/catalog/admin/index.php on line 15 or an error telling me that application_top.php could not be found in the admin folder (which is true as there is no file under that name) Any help would be great. Many thanks Mike

Rewmer
I would check the directory structure as mentioned. If you have uploaded the folders separately you may have missplaced one or more. Try uploading the whole of the catalog folder intact onto your server. It would also seem that if your using a windows server, this can cause issues when the setup tries to write to the configuration files. You may have to edit these manually.
