You can re-install oscommerce using the auto install feature and then FTP up your files.

The problem will be, all your orders, products, customers, categories, etc,... will not be there.

You'll need to edit your configure.php files as well for the new host.

As for any add-ons that you had installed you'll need to re-run their sql statements to get them back in working order.

That said if you do not have a database back or access to your old host to get one, you'll essentially be starting with no data, but can get the store back up.

1. Create a new db and import in the sql

2. Upload all the files via ftp

3. Edit these 2 files with the new hosting/domain/mysql info:

- includes/configure.php

- admin/includes/configure.php

Your products, categories, descriptions, bestsellers, attributes all that stuff is stored in your database. If you don't have that... yep you have to start over. Not sure your situation but you should always make SQL backups those are just as if not much more important then the actual catalog files.
