Or what type of feedback do you usually receive from customers after you email them with the "Recover Cart Sales" email? My most common reason for cancelling an order is that the store only uses paypal, and paypal require people to sign up for an account. Once i point out where the little tiny link is to pay without sign up most people do create an order. The other copmaint is that customers do not want to create an account. How am i supposed to know where to send the items if they are not prepared to tell me, which is exactly what they get told. The biggest trouble with the contribution is finding one that works. Most do not sent the emails. In general yes it does work. You do have to alter the email that is sent, but that is easily done.
