Customer View & Print Invoice at Checkout Succes

I installed the View & Print Invoice by Russ McCabe, when you get to checkout you receive this message:

 

"Thanks for shopping with us online!

Your Order Number Is:

 

Click Invoice Button Below

for A printable Invoice.

Those paying with

check or money order

Please Print the invoice and remit

payment to the address

in the upper left hand corner.

Thank you for Shopping with us Online! "

 

But there is no order number, and also the link button does not show.

 

I have gone back through without success.

 

Any help? Jeff

I went back through again and had to take out:

 

///begin add print invoice to checkout_success////

 

and

 

///end add print invoice to checkout_success////

 

off the invoice.php because it was showing up on the browser.

 

Now the Order # shows but still no Invoice button or Link.

 

Please help!
