Can someone please help me with this error

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_show_category() (previously declared in /home/mysite/public_html/includes/boxes/categories.php:12) in /home/mysite/public_html/includes/boxes/categories.php on line 57

 

And when I click on a category my page is all on the left, how do I fix that
