I have products on "special" with special prices, but how do i configure a specific customer " price less 15%" when he buys. Perhaps somewere in his checkout?? I'm unsure if either of these is available for 2.3.1. Another option is to simply increase the price based on a customer level, you set the levels and price decrease.
