Best shipping module? (look inside for details)

I would like to have a shipping module that will have the option of saying "Priority Mail 1-3 days" and another option that says "First Class 1-5 days" and I would like them to be able to have the fallowing:

Priority Mail---- 1-2 items cost $7, 3-4 items cost $9, 5+items cost $13

First Class---- 1-2 items cost $2, 3-4 items cost $5, 5+ items cost $8

 

What is the best module that will do this? the USPS module will not work on my site for some reason, I am unsure why

I do not believe there is a contribution that will do what you want. There is a contribution to assign different delivery options (first class, priority, etc) but it does not currently count the number of items and assign the rate based on that number. I believe you would have to have it custom coded for that feature.

There is one for Multi Flat Rates and one for Multi Zone Multi Table, both of which allow multiple delivery options.
