checkout_process.php - Oops. Firefox can't load this page for some reason.

oscommerce-2.2rc2a with the Linkpoint add-on (linkpointconnect.php,v 1.20 2004/09/01) and the Multi Geo Zone Multi Table add-on v1.2 with updates 1 and 2.

The problem is that every time I get to checkout_process.php I get a message saying "Oops. Firefox can't load this page for some reason."

 

The order does not complete and is not recorded in admin. If the customer returns to the site, the items are still in their basket. I have searched the forums for posts pertaining to checkout_process.php and did not see anything similar.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
