Shipping Calculation Issues

Hi,

I'm have some issues with the Zone Rates and the Per Item Rates modules.

Firstly, I've set the Zone rate to be the US. So for every weight you would at a price. However, if you choose a product and the weight is 1lb the price should read $6.95. This does not happen it shows 4lbs and the rate for 41bs. If you change the quantity to 2 it then changes it to 5lbs which it should. The issue occurs when the first item is added.I would like to show the price for 1lb when an item of 1lb is selected.

 

Secondly, with the per item rate module i would like to add a figure every time the item quantity is increased. E.g. If I add one item to cart the rate should read $30.50 say. If the quantity is increased I would like to add $3.50. This $3.50 should then be added every time the product quantity is increased. The current module multiplies the quantity by the rate. I do not want to do this.

 

I haven't made any changes to the shipping modules.

Use a handling fee.

Handlign Fee: 27.00

Thanks very much. I do have one more question. When a person logs in with a US address it shows the zone rate for the US plus the per item rate. I would like to only show the US zone rate only. This does not occur if you log in with an address that is not the US. Any suggestions to solve this?
