Guest Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 On my site I have my own products that I sell, the stock template and layout is quite suitable for my needs, BUT, I also have an ebay affiliate account and post javascript links to ebay items outside of my site. To my amazement, I added a new product on my site, with a price of 0, pasted my affiliate javascript into the description field and IT WORKED!!! :-) I a VERY HAPPY. BUT I have to use a 1x1 pixel image or I get a broken image link. MY SITE WITH JAVASCRIPT ITEMS My question... On the "ebay affiliate items" I post, I want to have a thumbnail on the main index page, and when a user clicks on one of the "affiliate products" I want everything stripped out of the description (the TITLE, PRICE, and IMAGES) the ONLY THING I WANT for the description of the "affiliate products" is the javascript I paste into the description. I have looked in the data base to see if I can edit the items there, but I canot find anywhere to do it. Do I need to ask an expert to add an option for me to to choose when I am "adding a new product" from the admin section, maybe a "remove all item information" box I can check?
