labmais
Hello everybody, I'm back with a new problem. Error: 1046 - No database selected select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration [TEP STOP] I have checked both configure.php files and DB information looks ok. HINTS? Thanks, Rafael Vidal DarkEden Amateur International E-commerce? No external links please.
Guest
Rafael, Check the database configuration at the hosting provider. The only reason for that error would be a password or database user mis-match. Chris
labmais
Hey Chris, before your answer I checked my cPanel and the DB status is yellow: another suspension What does it means? *I also tried to contact my host, but it's 23:25PM, no support for now... Guest
Rafael, If your hosting account places limits on database sizes or webspace and you have exceeded that limit, that would explain the issue. You may want to look into better hosting if that is the case, most plans now include much more available space for a really low price. labmais
Hu ah...I found the problem. The problem was that my host didn't paid his host... Thanks Chris, Rafael Vidal E-commerce? No external links please.
Guest
Ya, that was my next guess ! Just kidding, it didn't even cross my mind but yes, a PAID account always helps. Chris
Davendsn
So, I have this error as well, and none of the things listed previously are the case. Account is paid up, configure.php files are correct, DB is still up and running, haven't reached size limits . . . I'm at a loss how to fix this. Any other thoughts?
