lachancedesign Posted May 9, 2011 Share Posted May 9, 2011 I have not seen a problem like this but when my client sent me a screen shot of when he tries to sign in as a new account the Fax Field is already filled out but as the Store Name and the Password Field is already filled out as well. He is using FF on XP and I can't understand why he would have this issue. I am just reaching out to see if anyone has ever run across this problem before. Have your client check the admin>>configure>>sessions>> to ensure Prevent Spiders Sessions is set to true and Recreate sessions is also set to true.
