So we need to manually prepare the order. We have no idea what happened where we have it working for several years. We didnt also receive an extra email for another email address we set up. [email protected] (regular email) [email protected] (back email) When I added [email protected] in the send extra email field, I do received the the order email. Guest Posted May 7, 2011 Share Posted May 7, 2011 If you are using paypal standard, it occures when custome doesn't clink on the link return to your store after making payment. Search add-on Paypal IPN and install it. Disable stock paypal standard. If you use other checkout provider, the best is to search the forum as it's not uncommon that you lost cart details. Alternatively, you can install something called 'order log before checkout' it logs all orders into database before passing to any checkout provider.
