CECILYN Posted May 4, 2011 Share Posted May 4, 2011 Hi, I want to understand how the Admin screen works, (Tools/users online). Sometimes it shows that there are 15 users online and it is not true, it is only one User navigating through different screens or application products. I understand that IP's are dynamic, but this fools this function showing me an incorrect information. Is there any way to correct this?
