Check the Inland Revenue website before you will charge the VAT the customers:

http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk/channelsPortalWebApp/channelsPortalWebApp.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=pageTravel_ShowContent&id=HMCE_CL_000014&propertyType=document#P22_2021

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

Thanks, but its not the VAT amount I need to check...as a Ltd company we are required to ask for the VAT number, the rest is down to our accounts department.... Only thing is the shopping cart doesnt ask for a vat number... I'd like to be able to collect this number on account sign up so we can do our accounts, any ideas on how to collect this information, like a mod or something?
