I have been unable to replicate the problem, but what happened was a customer managed to get a $1 postage charge instead of the correct $13 or $14 (depending on Surface or Air Small Packet) and I've been unable to replicate it. Also the shipping method says "1" instead of "Surface/Air Small Packet"! I've used a dummy account, set the state to the same as the customer, and am totally unable to have anything for shipping except the normal rate. Tried to trick the program by not ticking a postage selection, but the program bounces me back to the select rate screen - won't allow me to advance. This is the invoice I get for the $1 customer: I was wondering if the problem may have been that Canada Post's server was down and as a result no postage rate could be calculated (done by Canada Post) and it returned "1" as an error message... Normally this is what I would see: The module is canadapost.php,v 0.2 2002/11/12, never had a problem before with it...
