davebm Posted March 13, 2003 Share Posted March 13, 2003 this problem has just seemed to appeared....this is what i get when trying to access the catalgo site... A file permissions error has occurred running this script. Please check that the script and the directory that it's in are only writable by the site administrator. If this error persists, please contact the server administrator. its in just plain text..not the noraml os error message... anyway i guess i have to change the chmod setting on the default.php file?? can i do this using dreamweaver ultra dev?? i can normally do it using another ftp program but i cant get the password for the site till moday...and the password is stored in dreamweaver...any ideas?? thanks alot dave Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
toolcrazy Posted March 13, 2003 Share Posted March 13, 2003 You might just have a talk with your host as the message says. I think this is a server error, not a OSC error. And you can't change permissions with Dreamweaver, I wish, so I guess you have to wait. Also, you might just give the server some time, it might just reset it self. I've never seen a server all of a suddon change permissions on it's own. The host had to of made a change to the server.
