DJAd Posted April 19, 2011 Share Posted April 19, 2011 I have a strange problem going on now. It's only some of the time but it's got to that point now where it's very annoying! When I go to add a product and attach the images, I select my pictures and upload them. It all goes through OK and adds the listing. When I view the listing the pictures don't show! I've FTP'd to the server and can see the images on there, but they all have a 0kb file size. Sometimes it works fine, then other days this happens. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? The shop is a fresh install and has been setup about six months. Nothing has been edited from the original install so it's hard to know where to look! Any help or ideas would be gratefully appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
FIMBLE Posted April 19, 2011 Share Posted April 19, 2011 Are you uploading VIA FTP with the correct format i.e Binary? Also the names can cause this problem, if there is a space in between, so my image.gif would be my_image.gif for example. Its does not always happen but have known this to be the cause now and then.
