Just a comment really, but I do hope someone looks at this for new versions of OSC - or maybe even for 2.2 (wishful thinking).

 

The way tax is shown / calculated really needs looking at to make OSC fall in line with UK Vat regulations as follows:

 

1) Display total Vat as a seperate line on invoices - in a way that doesnt make the customer think Vat has been added twice.

 

2) For items that are zero Vat rated remove the vat from the shipping cost (as Vat doesnt apply to shipping of non Vat products)

 

3) Allow a small amount of B2B functionality by incluting Vat intracom to remove Vat from items exported to an EU member state that provides a Vat intracom number.

 

I know there are some contributions to achieve some of these, but it would be nice to have them as one package.
