Guest
Is there a contribution or does anyone know of a way of intervening on a customers shopping cart, we have instances sometime whereby a customer wants a price match and so sometimes we agree and so need a means of adding discount to their order. It would be ideal if either of the following were possible: 1. We construct a shopping basket of the customers required products, add discount and then send them a url or something so they can check out as normal 2. They add the products to their basket, we then modify the order to insert a discount and then customer checks out as normal I know we could create a discount code, but that is a bit time consuming, the above would be slicker and easier

Guest
We already have both of these abeit in a modified state to suit our purposes, I can create an order for an existing customer and add discount to it, but if the customer then logs in and goes to "My Account" page they can see it as previous order in Pending status but can't use it to checkout with if you see what i mean
