Guest Posted April 13, 2011 Share Posted April 13, 2011 Hi guys, I'm having a customer having problems paying with credit card and I'm not sure what is going wrong. When he clicks ok it's coming up with "Credit Card Error! TEL HAS TO BE IN NUMBERS" I thought this was is telephone number but it's entered correctly. ANy ideas??? Guest Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 James, By default the telephone field maximum value is set in admin>>configuration>>maximum values. This is not something set by your program.
