problems accessing admin after instllation ver 2.3.1

Hi there, I installed the shop inside a separate folder http://domain.com/shop , followed all the steps, connected to the database and typed in the store owner, email address admintrator name and password and succesfully installed the shop.

Now I go to http://domain.com/shop/admin, type in login and password and i get an Error Error: Invalid administrator login attempt.

 

Tried to install it 5 times already, I'm going mad, any ideas?!

I have tried numerous suggestions on this forum with no success.

I can´t help you,but I have a equal trouble.

Well,I installed my shop version 2.3.1 at http://domain.onlinewebshop.net and was sucessful,but when I go to admin I cant access the page,dont matter how much I try.

Can you help me with this? I just altered the permissions following the last recommendations in the installer.

And to the curious bored ones that keep asking "duh..did you searched,yes I searched and havent found anything like this on the forum."

I am not curious or bored, but if you have the same problem as I, you might check the link in the post just before yours in this thread. Then read on, that's how I found my answer. :rolleyes:
