Image problem in product description

I just added a few new products and in the admin side where I was putting the items' information I added 2 additional images which should show up under the main image (as thumbnails) that the customer sees and enlarge when the thumbnails are clicked.

Well I just went to my products' page and all I have is the one main image. I have no thumbnails of the smaller additional images that I uploaded on the admin side.

So that made me check my other products and none of my other products are showing the additional images anymore either. But they have additional images uploaded on the admin side.

I looked through the admin side for an option that I might have changed but I don't see anything related to the amount of additional images that are (or can be) shown.

What could be wrong?

I assume you are using v2.3.1... Go into the admin, and edit the product and see if you have anything in HTML Content(for popup), under the extra images, and if you do, try leaving it blank....

Have you put an image into both selection boxes in the product info page. Try with one imafe first and enter the same image into the main image box and then add the same image into the first large image box. Then try adding additional images into further large image boxes.

REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP

Hi

Although I already read a lot of posts in this forum, this is my first one, so thank you all for your great contributes

I'm trying to add some products to my store (http://www.dolce-divano.com/test/), but when I add images, they don't show up! The I go to "Edit" and nothing appears in that field.

I tried, in both "main image" and "large image" to use JPG and GIF images. I resized the "main page" image to 100 x 80 px and selected a folder in my computer.

How should I do it?

Best regards

Siege

I have included images in the main and additional image boxes.

I have Additional image 1,2,3 all uploaded with images that were displaying fine for months up until a few weeks ago. And now they are not showing up.

Only the one main image appears, no thumbnails show up in the product page (customer side) but they are visible and uploaded in the admin side of the product.

Okay I finally figured it out.

Since the problem was on the customer side (product_info) page I found a recent contribution that included a replacement product_info file (not a snippet of code to be added to existing files) so by uploading their files (instead of the author offering the code snippets itself) it screwed up my product_info file.

I wanted to clear this up for anyone in the future that has a similar problem. Always add code snippets, do not replace the entire file.
