Didyne
Hello everybody!! First of all, excuse me for my very bad english, I'm a poor frenchie girl lol I had so many problem with oscommerce those days... Hacking problem at first, I tried to delete the corrupted files... After that, I saw that my oscommerce version was obsolete, and I decided to upgrade it. It was impossible by my web hosting (Just Host), so I tried to do it manually!!! But now, I have more problems than before the hack... I can't access to the admin to the "who's online", and many files, like product_info, contact_us and a lot of another because of a certain template_top.php... Fatal error: Call to a member function buildBlocks() on a non-object in /home/mystore/public_html/includes/template_top.php on line 13 If someone should help me, please, it would be so nice of you, and please, don't shout at me because one same topic is open somewhere I didn't see... I'll wrote the part of the codes if you need it to help me... Thank you for your help, and also for your welcome...
web-project
Hacking problem at first, I tried to delete the corrupted files... you need to install the security modules, plenty information available on the forum Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

♥14steve14
If you manually uploaded a new install of 2.3.1 i would check that all the files are there. I looked the other day and my host, justhost, have now updated to 2.3.1. It may pay you to take another look in your hosting panel. REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
